The SMA AV-1140 Police AVIADOR watch is a piece of haute horlogerie inspired by the Air Media Service of the Spanish Police.
The Air Media Service (SMA) is the air unit of the Spanish National Police Force. It is a special unit of the Economic and Technical Coordination Division, which is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of police aircraft. This unit serves as air support for the rest of the corps units, also participating in humanitarian aid missions and as well as citizen relief

The watch is presented with a 48mm stainless steel case, rotating bezel with ruler, chronograph, chrono buttons, screw-down crown, calendar and 20 ATM water resistance.

This is my favorite Aviador watch. I have flown many hours with it and it has proven to be tough and reliable. The very detailed unit wings on the deep blue face, and the unit logo edged on the steel are amazing. The flight computer is large and easy to see.
