1. Right of withdrawal.

The Customer will have a period of 14 working days from the delivery of the Product or the contracting of the Service to desist, totally or partially, from the purchase of the Product and / or Service, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once the deadline has expired, the Store will not accept returns for withdrawal of Product purchases or Service cancellations. The Client will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, by way of example and not limitation, in the following cases:

  1. Products made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personified. Please note that special stipulations are applicable for Customized Products, as these products have been designed specifically for you. This means that (without this affecting your legal rights), we cannot accept returns of these products unless they have factory defects;
  2. Services whose execution begins, with the agreement of the Client, prior to the end of said period of seven 7 working days.

To make the return, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The Product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The return to the Store must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in some similar format that guarantees the return of the Products in perfect condition. instructions- return
  3. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the Products must be included inside the package, where the returned Products and the reason for the return are also marked.

Once the Customer has communicated the intention to make a return, the Store will schedule the collection of the Products and inform the Customer by email of the date and time slot in which the collection will take place. 

2. Instructions for the return for withdrawal, exchange or repair.

Follow the steps below to return a product, exchange it for another one, or send it for repair:

  1. Return for withdrawal: communicate your willingness to return the product by creating a return request in My Account > History and Details of My Orders

    • Select the product and click the "Generate Return Label (RMA)" button;
    • Print the label and insert it in the package next to the product;
    • Write the name of the sender on the outside of the package;
    • Send the properly protected package to the following address:

    • Once the product has been received and its perfect condition has been verified, we will refund the amount of the order in the same payment method with which it was made.

    Change: communicate your willingness to change the product by creating a change request in My Account > Incidents > Change

    Repair: communicate your willingness to change the product by creating a change request in My Account > Incidents > Repair / Technical Assistance

    If you are not a customer, you can request the return, exchange or repair by communicating through the contact form or by calling the (+34) 678 612 038.

  2. Prepare the product in the same packaging used for delivery or in one of similar characteristics. Include the delivery note or the purchase invoice in the package.
    If you do not have the invoice, you have it available by entering your account.

  3. Hire a courier service that allows you to track your order (for example, the registered letter of the Post Office).

  4. Make sure that your name appears on the package as the sender.

  5. Send the item to the following address:

If it is a repair, oronce the package has been received, we will inform you about the type of fault and the repair carried out and we will send it free of charge to the address indicated in your order.

 3. Refund of the price of the Products to the Customer.

In the course of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of (i) the Customer is entitled to the refund of the purchase price of the returned Products, provided that they are in the same condition in which they were received, have not been used (except as necessary to verify their conformity with what is expected), damaged, unsealed or lost before getting to the dependencies of the Store or not complied with the requirements set forth in the Terms of Use.

The Store will check in its warehouse the adequacy of the returned Product, reserving the right not to make the refund in case of detecting that the purchased Product and the returned One do not coincide or that the return has not been made in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds.

The Store will manage the price refund order using the same payment system used by the Customer to purchase the Products, within 5 business days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund of the price on the Customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The deadline for applying the refund of the price will be up to seven 7 calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty 30 calendar days for credit cards.

4. Return costs.

The return costs will be borne by the Store as long as the product is actually damaged / defective or the item sent is incorrect.

In the case of a voluntary return in the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The customer can send the item by the means of transport he chooses (in this case it is recommended to use a transport company that provides a tracking number for the shipment) or request the collection from the Store. Shipping costs will be refunded if you have received an erroneous product or if the product was damaged when you received it.
